NeonFish is a free browser game in which you guide a glowing fish through electric kelp forest formations in the deep ocean. This policy describes what data surfaces when you play.

Like bioluminescence in the deep, our data presence glows briefly and leaves nothing behind. We may receive:

• Standard browser request headers sent automatically — your IP address, browser name and version, operating system, and referring URL.
• Your personal best passage count, stored only in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to any external server.
• Completely anonymous aggregate session statistics that cannot identify any individual player.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data only to keep the current flowing (maintain the game), untangle seaweed (fix bugs), and understand general swim patterns. No advertising, no profiling, no data sales.

3. Local Storage and Cookies

Your best swim is held in local browser storage only. Clear browser data and it sinks without trace — we retain no server copy.

4. Third-Party Services

Fonts load from Google Fonts via a standard browser HTTP request. No other external services receive your data.

5. Children's Privacy

NeonFish contains no violent content, no gambling, and no in-app purchases. The fish simply stops when it contacts kelp. Suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

6. Data Retention

Server log files are kept for a limited operational period and then deleted. Local gameplay data stays on your device subject to your own browser settings.
